The ARB Air Locker Differential for AMC Model 20 usesa pneumatically operated locking system, the lockable differential completely locks the differential when activated, preventing internal gears from rotating independently. This forces both axle shafts to turn together, delivering maximum traction in rocks, mud, snow, and uneven terrain. When switched off, the differential functions like a conventional open unit, making it ideal for mixed street and trail use.
