Parts Included In This Kit

• 1 EXTREME 2 bypass oil filter housing (HX2SHBK) (HX2SHBLU) (HX2SHRED)
• 1 EXTREME 2 filter element (EX2ME) with o-rings (GX1/2)
• 2 In/Out fittings (AN06-04MS90)
• 4ft and 5ft of hose (LW06BK) Notice: Hose ships uncut as a single 9' continuous length to allow flexible mounting and routing.
• 1 Under-the-hood bracket with bolts (UTHS)

Pressure Port

• 1 Pressure port fitting (AN06-20MMx1.5) with o-ring (O20) and fitting (AN06-06FJ90)

Return Port Options:

Oil Drain Plug Return (standard):

• 1 Straight oil pan return (MD175) with o-ring (O12) and fitting (AN06-02MS90)

VSE CCV Upgrade Return (2017 - 2024 L5P Only):

• 1 1/8 Inch NPT Elbow (AN06-02MS90) **read notes below

Important notes regarding 2020+ Newer Duramax 6.6L Oil Return Systems:
Standard oil return for 2020+ Duramax vehicles is through the oil drain plug.

"VSE CCV upgrade" oil return is only for 2017-2024 L5P engines that have upgraded with this VSE | CCVupgrade kit. Contact VSE for compatibility with 1/8 NPT return port and we will supply the compatible fitting when you select this option. Contact us for more details.

Vehicles using banks drain pans are compatible with the "Oil Drain Plug Return (standard) option.

Installation Guide:

Important: Aluminum straight thread fittings are made for no more than 60 inch pounds of torque.

Important: Does not work with Dual Alternators. Use "Frame Mount" instead
