The Radflo CF-6LL & CF-6LS Dual Rate Sliders are designed for Radflo 2.5 coilover shocks running a dual-rate spring setup.

This component allows the upper and lower coil springs to transition smoothly at the crossover point, delivering progressive suspension performance. The slider moves along the shock body until it contacts the crossover stop, effectively disabling the tender spring and transitioning the system to the primary spring rate.

Precision machined for smooth travel and proper alignment, the dual rate coilover slider is critical for achieving predictable suspension tuning in rock crawling, Ultra4, desert racing, and custom tube chassis applications.

Tech Insight

In a dual-rate coilover system:

  • The tender (upper) spring provides small-bump compliance
  • The main (lower) spring controls heavier loads
  • The slider moves until it reaches the crossover stop
  • At that point, the tender spring is effectively taken out of the equation

Proper slider function ensures:

  • Smooth spring transition
  • Predictable ride height control
  • Improved traction over mixed terrain
  • Reduced harshness in initial travel

If the slider becomes worn or damaged, it can bind on the shock body and affect spring performance. Inspect during routine service and replace as needed to maintain consistent suspension tuning.
