The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle Set upgrades your 80 Series Land Cruiser with unmatched strength, precision, and durability. Factory Toyota CV axles use 30 splines at the differential, but neck down to a weak 24-spline interface at the CVa well-known failure point on lifted or locked 80 Series rigs. RCV eliminates this failure by upgrading the CV race to a full 30-spline 4340 chromoly design, keeping the shaft at maximum diameter and strength from end to end.

For even greater durability, RCV steps the performance up again by building the inner axles from 300M alloy steel, offering far greater shock load tolerance for big tires, lockers, and heavy off-road use.

Tests show RCV Ultimate CV Axles are twice as strong as OEM Toyota shafts, with the same strength at full steering lock as they have at a straight angle. No crow-hop, no bindingjust smooth, consistent torque delivery on the street, in the rocks, or deep in the backcountry.
