OEM Toyota axles neck down from 30 splines at the differential to a weak 27-spline CV, creating a known failure point for anyone running bigger tires, lockers, or aggressive off-road terrain.

RCV eliminates this weakness by upgrading the CV joint to a full 30-spline 300M race, removing the neck down entirely. This kit also includes 300M inner axle shafts, providing the highest possible torsional strength and fatigue resistance in the Toyota solid axle platform. The result: 2 stronger than OEM, full strength at straight and extreme steering angles, and smooth, vibration free power delivery
