RCV Big Bell CVs are based on 2.5-ton Rockwell CV architecture, adapted with a custom outer stub that fits directly into the large 32-spline 2005+ Ford Dana 60 Super-60 unit bearing. This design eliminates the need for locking hubs or drive flangesremoving failure points while dramatically increasing durability.

This kit is intended for custom axle builds and supports 40-spline or 47-spline inner shafts, making it ideal for competition rigs, ultra-heavy crawlers, and extreme trail or race applications.
