RCVs Dana 44 CV design uses six fully engaged points of contact that maintain 100% strength at any angle, even up to 45 of steering lock. The JL/JT-specific CV is 18% larger than previous RCV Dana 44 versions and is engineered using RCVs Dana 60 level architecture, but now offered with full 300M construction for maximum durability under big tires and high power.

The FAD-compatible version (CVJ44-JL-FAD) retains full factory Front Axle Disconnect operation with no warning lights, no calibration issues, and no modifications required. These axles are low maintenance, ultra smooth, and backed by RCVs Lifetime Warranty up to 43" tires.
